Egg Drop Soup Recipe

Egg Drop Soup takes under 10 minutes to make. Honestly, this is one of those dishes I would order at restaurants, but never think about making at home. I'm glad we were really craving soup one day with our meal.

This is a Chinese soup that consists of egg ribbons in chicken broth. All you need to boost up the flavor is soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and scallions/green onion.
